Kevin Oliveira comes with over 14 years of experience in running and managing a successful trucking business in the construction field. This allows him to connect with developers and investors on a like-minded level. He prides himself on his ability to face any challenges and deliver solutions. He is focusing on multifamily buildings, development sites, new developments, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
Natalia Rawska is a real estate investment and luxury property expert who works with buyers, sellers, developers, and investors throughout New York City and New Jersey. She was born and raised in Poland. She earned her MBA from the University of Management and Administration in Poland and her bachelor’s degree in business and Managerial Economics from the University of Business and Commerce in Poland.
Natalia transitioned to real estate after more than 13 years of sales experience in the technology field (SaaS and Cyber Security). She saw it as an opportunity to combine her passions: architecture and investment. She owns investment properties in New York, New Jersey, and Poland, giving her unique perspectives as a buyer, seller, and landlord that she uses to guide her clients toward successful outcomes.
